Do it anywhere from once to seven times per week. You get to choose based on your needs and determination.
Kind of like a bank loan. You tell the bank when you'll make the loan payments and as long as you do it on time for the length of the loan the bank does't keep your collateral. Report by the deadline each time for 6 weeks and keep your collateral. You decide how much collateral to put up. Minimum is $50. If you forfeit your collateral it will be awarded to future winners.
